"Our stay was really relaxing, the staff were friendly and facility at the resort was excellent. We stayed in a Tower A room with ocean view, the view to the ocean and sunrise were beautiful. Shower and bathroom is great, but the air-con noise was really disruptive. We would switch it to low so it’s bearable but in the middle of the night it would switch back to high/auto and it’s very loud. I found myself waking up at 3am to switch it back to low. "The room and barhroom are spacious. Sink is lower for adults but excellent in height for kids. Twin beds are not really comfortable but the king bed is excellent. Breakfast buffet is 7/10. Best thing about this resort is they have complimentary drinks on the minifridge: 2 canned juices, 2 canned beers and 1 dried mango."

"Food was excellent. Little things like properly cooking hard boiled eggs where thay are properly cooled so the yolk doesn't grey. Attention to detail. Access to mactan new town with a 100 p ride is convenient. Attentive staff. dislikes Resort restaurant prices are too high. Every room should have an ironing board without requesting it. Only 2 complementary bottle waters per day. Should be free within reason. 175 p for soda is insane. Beach is lacking. "

"This hotel is a great find to stay in and enjoy the city. In general, the staff was very helpful and has good customer service. What I suggest is increase the water pressure in the handheld bidet to make it useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Bai Hotel. Their AC was superb!"

"Two restaurants had good food, reasonably priced. My room was located steps from the pools, which were fine and a short walk to the beach. Beach was okay in morning and afternoon, not when there was low tide. Staff were very responsive and polite. Water activities are available like kayaking. They also have a ping pong table; bikes."
