The pool and the surroundings while walking was very clean and peaceful. Staff was very friendly. Room was kind of small for a king upgrade, but the water pressure was great and hot when needed. Just small cleaning details would have brought this to a 5 star. I would say 4 1/2 is a fair rating.

The service was 5stars! Especially from Mr Hitoshi and Mr Enon! They both went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular! They must fix their beach however. Way too many exposed rocks mad it impossible to enjoy.

Beautiful hotel nice pool overlooking. Expedia says 16 mins away from the airport but actually 30 mins going to airport without traffic. Staff are super friendly very helpful. Buffet breakfast 10 out of 10 many choices of foods its worth the price.

The front of house staff were unkind and not great to deal. The resort is so far removed from anything it takes ages to get anywhere. The food was not of a quality that makes it 5 star and the team did not do anything to make you feel welcomed. The best part of the dusit was the bed and pillows, but that's it!

The staff are great. The property needs a bit of work to fix cracks and paint work. Rooms are not consistent. We had 2 rooms one had a minibar stocked and rhe other didnt. One room was set up very different to other room and had less space. Dinning options are good with great food.

Staff and facilities excellent. Breakfast ok but having to order bacon/eggs separately a little annoying as you have to wait before getting other items if you want everything hot. The room service menu is now through the smart tv but needs refinement as hard to find your certain things. Sometimes the old fashion way with a physical information folder is better but i presume this is a cost issue. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Great stay!

The staff was very service minded and friendly. It was as if I was their friend. On the way in to the breakfast I had to state my room number. On the way out 1 hour later in an almost full restaurant the cashier remembered my room number. All in all the staff will give you a very strong feeling of being at home I will go back one day
