Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort

"It’s a lovely resort with super friendly and helpful staff. They make your stay really enjoyable. However, do not expect much from the beach, I think they have sewerage going straight to the water. We could really not stand the smell leave alone to swim here. I don’t think this is the fault of the hotel but I think it’s worth mentioning."

"The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees: Eh la- Front office Filamer & Johndry ( Azure) Wendell- room service Claire- Saffron Johnny- Conceirge Merba- Housekeeping Kudos to everyone not mentioned especially the gardeners as well. I wished I could have stayed longer. I promise to return and bring guests with me."

"Nice resort right on the beach. There is a pool and a designated swimming area right off the adjacent beach. Breakfast was nice with a choice of American or Filipino favorites. Staff was friendly and helpful, and provided overnight laundry service. The only downside is it’s about a 20 minute walk back out to the main road where there are other shopping and restaurant choices. Not a deal breaker though, as Grab will come directly to the resort and take you wherever you need to go."

"We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing."

"The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very nice and a lot of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Glenn, one of the managers was very helpful, especially to my family. We encouraged other family members to leave their current hotels close by to join us at our hotel. The pool was fantastic and the restaurant/food selections were great. This is a prime location to stay when visiting Cebu. This is located very close to the airport vs. staying somewhere near the SM mall. We visit Cebu frequently and love all of the amenities the Reef offers. We suggest that you book the deluxe room, which includes a big bathtub and a large patio deck. Definitely worth the price."
