"PROs: ALL their staff are very welcoming , accommodating, conversant, great sense of picking up what is needed or how to make your stay very worthwhile , watchful for your safety( lifeguards everywhere ); had a sea view with balcony overlooking the main pool and part of the sea and lobby lounge with very comfortable bed and working air conditioning system; 4 bottled water is provided daily as needed which is great; had a great time snorkeling, enjoying the beach & pools, had the best fish fry and restaurant made tartar sauce in the Lobby lounge, delicious Mactan fruity signature drink by Cowrie Bar, lots of choices by the Tides breakfast buffet, and huge yummy hotdog by the Breeze beach restaurant ; so far cannot find 1 bit of a con."

"we will come back again ..my father wasnt feeling good and the staff was so accommodating their was a nurse that checked my dad at the room and on call doctor we were told that a hospital was nearby and the hotel staff could transport him -place is so beautiful ,food is good ,staff is superb "

"We booked Plantation Bay Resort to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was truly an excellent choice! We enjoyed the complimentary one-hour bicycle ride — it was perfect for a refreshing ride after breakfast. Although it was a bit disappointing that kayaking is now charged, the staff were incredibly kind and made our anniversary truly special and memorable. Even with so many pools around, the air never felt humid — the whole resort was clean, fresh, and comfortable. There was also a power outage across Mactan Island, but Plantation Bay remained safe and secure, which made us feel even more grateful. No words can fully express how touched we were, but one thing is certain — we’ll definitely be back! 🌴💛"
