"First, the good: Breakfasts were ample, varied and we loved the turkey sausage, cage-free eggs, fresh oatmeal with a zillion toppings. Also, the equipment in the workout room was very adequate and everything worked. The beds were great and 4 good pillows were provided. Things felt clean and the shower heads offered optional types of spray. What we struggled with: While the day manager, Amy Maple, was very helpful with and apologetic about the issues we had.... --Room #1 had a non-functional toilet. No maintenance staff was available at 8:30 PM and we were told that there was no plunger in the whole hotel! So, after an hour wait, we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom. Room #2's kitchen had a non-functional garbage disposal...not a big deal, but I do wonder about the maintenance and care of the Inn. Anyway, when we checked out, Amy apologized, made notes, refunded us for 2 nights and offered points as well. We were grateful for that and would consider staying here again. The location works perfectly for our needs."
