“Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! “Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets.
