“I liked the view: fabulous. But the location was spoilt by being just 30 metres from the Palermo-Messina mainline railway track. I was disappointed by the property's poor maintenance: broken door/window blind, broken washing line, shower room door grating noisily on the tile floor (irritating in the middle of the night), no soap dish in the shower, pock-marked mirror, only one bedside table, outside area unweeded, minimalist breakfast (coffee/tea and a packet of biscuits).
