"I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and was told that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice, even though the money had already been deducted from my account. They sent me to another hotel instead, which was very disappointing. It was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, dirty, and in poor condition overall. This was a very stressful experience late at night after traveling. I would not recommend this place."

"Nice and cosy place, comfortable bed and sofa. A bit noisy at night but we managed to sleep through."

"Will definitely recommend this place & would like to stay here again. "

"The Concept House had everything we needed for our family's stay. There is a very nice masjid nearby. Our request for a late check out was gladly accommodated. Thanks to the staff at Concept House!"

"It was a good stay, people are friendly and polite. I enjoyed it."

"Personeel is vriendelijk.
