We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "had an amazing stay at this cave hotel in Cappadocia! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and offers a really nice view. The location couldn't be better—it is so conveniently located near all the local restaurants and shopping areas. On top of that, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. A truly wonderful experience!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s a great location and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had and had great suggestions. Hanife was always ready to answer any questions we had with getting around the town and was always making sure we didn’t need anything. Doa was also super helpful also didn’t mind explaining guiding me through their delicious Turkish breakfast and telling me the best way to pair things. 10/10 would recommend this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and at a great location."
