“The AC was cold enough for the hot days outside.”

“Hotel room reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. There was a completely naked boy standing on the balcony when I pulled up to park. Someone kept banging on my hotel door late at night. I did not feel safe. Hotel advertised that breakfast was provided when booking. However, when went to the lobby for breakfast I was told the hotel stopped serving breakfast months ago.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! None of the amenities work, no vending, no drinks, no washing, everything was broken. FEMALES ARE NOT SAFE HERE!! Any time my girlfriend stepped outside alone she was accosted by men and was approached by cars asking for "dates" On checkout day, even though checkout is at 11am, the cleaning staff began banging on our door and telling us we need to leave at 9am. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. I repeat strongly, DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE!!”

“As soon as we arrived, we were forced to use valet parking there was no other option. After checking in, we tried to use the elevator and almost got stuck in it. Luckily, the doors opened back up, and we got out immediately. We then had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. As we walked through the hallways, there was construction everywhere. The ceilings were falling apart, with pieces of wood and paint scattered throughout the hall. On the way to our room, we also noticed the pool...

“Separate restroom for the basic room, had everything I needed for a couple nights. Bed, tv, restroom in my room, hangers, A/c, bath towel. Thanks for the stay!! Also it’s off the freeway in north Austin”
