"Eine sehr schöne und renovierte Pension. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön. Auch das Bad war sehr neu und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl eher gering und bei größeren Andrang schnell aus. Es wird aber in wenigen Minuten nachgeliefert. Ich denke dass sich das auch nach der Neueröffnung etwas einspielen muss. Preis/Leistung definitiv ausgezeichnet. Gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip."

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. "The location is almost perfect. Easy parking at the property, by walk, 5 minutes to Romer Bad, 5 minutes to Billa and Spar, 2 minutes to a bank, 2 minutes to a local restaurant. The only possible issue, the apartment is on the third floor, some old people may find it hard to climb. Overall, mice trip and vacation. "

"Nice little setting removed from town, the outside of the property could do with a bit of maintenance, the room was comfortable with a fridge and kettle, so could make your own breakfast and get an early start for the day, not much in the way of restaurants or shops in the area though, so it is a bit of a drive to dinner if you want choices"

"We travel when we can, and experience a wide variety of places. We have only just come across Harry’s. Location was important plus evening arrival and early start the next day. Everything was in place for this, so Harry’s will see us again! Their mid-Europe locations tend mostly to suit if you have an Austrian destination or place where short stay fits well. Villach is a very important place, and has been since I first visited 65 years ago."

"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. "
