"Absolutely enjoyed our stay here…very helpful and friendly staff, bedrooms with bunk beds which kept the kids happy, very clean hotel, ample breakfast options, waking distance to various dining options and opposite a train station. Would definitely stay here again!
Only downfall was the pool was very cold even though we went in august. There is a sign that says no jumping into the pool yet some older kids decided it was a good idea to do so."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Wished we had longer time to enjoy our stay here at the hotel and more time to explore Lisbon but unfortunately our flight got cancelled and our stay was shortened by 4 days. Wish their non refundable policy is a bit flexible for reasons beyond our control. "
"Amazing staff, we booked the stay about an hour before arriving and they were already waiting for us, explained everything in detail.
The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.
They let us leave our baggage after checking out so we wouldn’t have to carry everything with us.

"Everything was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, with grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed having a drink on the 5th floor, we did not eat at the restaurant. I have no reservations recommending this place!"
