"Normally Quest properties are very consistent but this trip was extremely poor. I and my family arrived at 5pm to check in which went smoothly. We then parked the car and then proceeded to our 2 bedroom apartment. We had a shock when we went in to discover that instead of ordering a Queen and 2 single beds, we received 2 Queen beds. Since we were travelling as a family unit and my son and daughter are both aged 20 and 18 respectively, this was unacceptable. I went back to see the concierge who then proceeded to tell me that he had no note here to say that the room should be in that configuration. I checked my booking through Expedia and showed him that it was indeed ordered that way. He simply stated to me that it was out of his control, housekeeping had gone home and there was nothing he could do. I was flabbergasted. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He just left me hanging. It was the worst example of customer service I have seen in many a day . There was no offer to placate me or make up for it with free parking or any real attempt at any concession. Terrible. My son was forced to sleep on the lounge that night. There was no extra bedding available- not a sheet or a blanket that we could give him. It was a terrible example of when a hotel gets things horribly wrong and arrogance at the front desk to even try and offer a solution. "
