“This property does not communicate. They say they offer airport shuttle service, but you cannot coonect with the to book it. They do not respond to messages through Expedia Help, and they do not answer the phone on Expedia help. They have a limited window to check in. They obviouslu have no interest in guest service!”

“Fácil de encontrar, aunque habia mucha caca en la calle del hotel. Al entrar, estuvo normal. Las habitaciones se veian sucias pero pasables. Mi cobertura de almohada tenia sangre, aunque dijeron que eran manchas de pintura, pero igual que raro? jaja. el reloj no servia. La tele tenia mala senal. El bano funcional y decente, no se veia sucio. Es un buen lugar solo para dormir y nada mas. Comparando los precios con el servicio que he recibido en Antigua, no vale.”

“Casa de Don Moncho refused to allow us to check in because our bus from Managua arrived late. They left us stranded late at night without a room. I've lodged a complaint with INGUAT (the Guatemalan tourism department) and learned that this hotel IS NOT A LICENSED HOTEL and DOES NOT HAVE THE PERMITS TO OPERATE AS A HOTEL IN ANTIGUA. Now the hotel is keeping my money instead of reimbursing me for the 14 nights they denied me. Tip- there are LOTS of hotels in Antigua, find another one.”
