“This is hands down one of the most special and beautiful hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Highly, highly recommend! One of the only places where j feel like the beautiful website photos actually didn’t do it justice— in person it is even more beautiful. Every detail is gorgeous and thoughtful and the property is so unique. Great location, great staff, great food.”

“The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful.
Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses.
The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to...

“Muy lindo lugar, ubicación perfecta, personal muy atento!
Mi única queja es que el estacionamiento está fuera de la propiedad, a unos 100 mt y es incómodo que, para meter o sacar el auto, algún empleado tiene que estar disponible para ir y abrir la puerta del garage! Además me cobraron $100 por estacionar mi auto!”
