"The hotel reception staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and fresh. We loved the hot tub! Our only complaints were that the coffee maker in our room did not work well. We had traveled a couple of hours to get there for a funeral the next day.and and had a late check in . Unfortunately, the main restaurant in the casino, 1991 ,was ready to wrap things up. We got there shortly before 9 PM and nobody was thrilled about serving us when we stopped there. So said we would go somewhere else. There just wasn’t a lot of Options in town that time of night. But we did end up using the Plum food service in the casino . we enjoyed the Oktoberfest brought as well as the wild rice soup. Service was a bit on the slow side given there wasn’t many people there on Sunday night. But the food was good."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing. Sandy and Caitlin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are large. The downside was our sink and tub both drained extremely slow. We could hear the people above us. The location was great and walkable to many things. The elevator floor was dirty our entire visit. I think they had construction workers staying in the hotel and the dirt came off their boots. They should keep a better eye on this. We would stay here again just because the staff was so accommodating and friendly."

"I was at the Americinn for my very first business trip from Oct 8-10. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff were all very nice and accommodating (even going the extra mile and holding my bags for me while I toured Paisley Park before heading to the airport on checkout day). My room was very clean and nicely maintained, the view of chanhassen during fall out my hotel window was stunning, and I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again.!"
