We were disappointed in the condition of hotel. It was dated, tired, and so musty we had a dehumidifier in our room. I understand a remodel is happening soon… staff were very nice and it was clean.

For having 4.5 stars the hotel felt old and dirty but the safe was very nice!! When you are traveling for work you want a nice clean place to lay your head at night without a strange smell in your room. Really beyond disappointed and almost thought about checking out and going somewhere else.

Beds were super comfortable, and I slept the best I have in weeks. Very clean and quiet, even poolside. The only complaint I have is that I booked two rooms and was given non-adjoining rooms - but in their defense I did not specify that I would prefer adjoining rooms. I guess I assumed that that would just be standard practice. It didn't really detract from the enjoyment of our stay, though.
