"The pool opens at 9am, in order to reserve a Cabana you have to wait for the bartender to arrive at 11am. We sat at one for 2 hours waiting for the bartender at the main pool, made the reservation with her to then be told that it was double booked and we would have to move to the smaller, more secluded pool. This was incredibly frustrating considering we were there right at 9am to make sure we got the one we wanted to enjoy the DJ for the day by the main pool. The two morning bartenders were very apologetic and so nice, but the blond bartender that came in later had a major attitude and seemed jittery like she was on drugs. When I asked if she was ok, she became very hostile and angry. I have no clue why you would employ such a bartender. You can tell they have new owners. Roofing missing, chipped paint, and lack of upkeep really show.
However, the rooms are great with balcony's overlooking the lake. My son loved their gaming room. I'll probably stay at Margaritaville next time though."
