“Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was ok. The room was satisfactory for the price.”

“If you're looking for a hot shower & clean bed to sleep in, this is the place. However, they don't have anything beyond coffee, juice & packaged baked goods for breakfast. My room was OK, but the top of the cabinet under the tv & the nightstand were sticky. The toilet paper holder was broken, as well as the bathroom door latch (the metal piece that actually holds the door shut). In my opinion, little details like this should be repaired immediately, as it gives the place a "we don't really care"...

“The staff was incredibly kind, and helpful. The room was freshly cleaned. They even went out of their way to help jump my car when it died and I really appreciate that.”

“It’s not a bad hotel, but a little pricey to stay there for 4 days and not get your room cleaned and restocked with supplies even once, even after you ask. This used to be our go to Ohio hotel but the prices have definitely ramped up over the past few years so I doubt we will ever stay there again.”

“The room was in poor condition as far as the microwave was very old and broke the walls was extremely dingy the bed was rock hard and bathroom was not the cleanest and spiders joined me in the shower out the building was a lot of contraction material including several toilets but the one in my room was not new”
