"New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception."
