“We were treated to a nice studio off-site which was incredible. A modern two room cabin style property with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything top modern and there was even an arcade, a record player, Alexa, two tvs, a Nintendo console and a very nice bathroom. It is cold in the mountains and while the two minisplit did not have a heating option, a free standing wood burning oven and blankets were provided. “Honestly this place was great. I saw birds roght out my patio window and looked out to the mountains. It was a great value and the owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Take the short hike to the top of the property and enjoy an amazing view. This was such a cool place to stay. The room was extremely comfortable.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Cipreses! The staff were so warm and friendly, and really made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. They were also very accommodating with our plans, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the night animal tour with Ellie. It was fantastic! We saw so many animals and the kids loved it. Highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and welcoming stay in Monteverde. ”
