“Considering the price of this hotel, it did not live up to my expectations. First off, when we arrived to our hotel room, the window was leaking water due to the rain. They gave us towels to soak up the puddles. Secondly, after my first night, I found a bunch of ants on my bed. I informed reception about this and they said they would change the sheets. After changing them, I noticed that the ants were still there and called them again. They arrived with ant repellent, spraying the entire bed...

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nya. From driving up to the beautiful property, we were hooked. When we met our first staff member who checked us in, and the server who provided a welcome cava, along with all the other Nya faces, we knew this was going to be special. We were not wrong. From the beautiful beach and stunning trail along the water, the excellent food, abundant wildlife, and wonderful accommodations, Nya never disappointed. We only wish we had a longer stay!”

“The staff was great and very helpful but everything else was horrible. Not taken care of at all and nowhere near what it is made to look like in the pictures online. No blankets for the bed, just sheets. Bath not working, and a sewage smell coming from bathroom. I ended up leaving after the first night, renting another room elsewhere, and losing out on the money paid because I could not bring myself to stay another night.”

“Es un buen lugar, pero dicen tener club de playa y no lo tienen y tampoco lo resuelven. Y las habitaciones huelen a demasiada humedad porque no tienen ventilación por ningún lugar mas que con la puerta abierta. Cuando te bañas el agua corre por la habitación porque hay un error de nivelación en la construcción.”
