“The hotel pool and grounds area was beautiful, the walk down to the small beach a nice amenity. The rooms have a stone floor, ours was filthy. At one point it was white but there were brown spots and it looked very dirty. The walls had marks all over them. I would recommend that you don’t get a room on the forest floor, you miss out on seeing the wildlife in the trees. ”

“We were greeted at the door by staff when we arrived and were given a welcome drink. The staff person allowed us to relax on the sofa as she took our check in information and explained highlights of the hotel. Our bags were quickly whisked away to a safe location until our room was ready. Even though we were early, we were given a room almost immediately. This hotel is just wonderful!
