“Cute boutique resort. We stayed in room 10, and while it was nice, it felt like we were in a muggy, damp basement. Light by the stairs shined through the blinds and could hear people go up and down the stairs. Friends stayed in a suite on the upper floor and didn’t have the same issue, id go back but stay in different unit.”

The kitchenette equipment was missing some basic items , due to guests taking things , ( !? ) , but the management quickly provided some items needed. The suites are large and comfortably furnished, and the beds are too. The Lodge is very quiet and peaceful, and located very conveniently, walking distance to downtown and the Cowichan River ,and very near to the Highway 18 , to access driving Youbou or to Duncan and other...
