“La propreté au Chalet Della Guida est impeccable, tant le linge que la vaisselle et la salle de bain. Nous avons été bien reçu malgré un problème au niveau de la réservation (notre enfant n'avait pas été reporté dans la réservation, ni les petits déjeuners). Nous avons profité du billard présent dans la salle commune en soirée pour de bonnes parties en famille. Le seul point négatif, c'est la qualité du matelas qui s'avère très mou et sur ressors. “We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Hotel Clotes. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always helpful at providing recommendations and dinner reservations. My husband is coeliac, and they had gluten free beer available in their bar, as well as a gluten free breakfast each morning. The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean.The reception area doubles as a bar, and a very sociable area for chatting with other guests about the days skiing. We will definitely be returning!”

“stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...

“Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. ”
