The situation on the edge of the reservoir and in the midst of the tea fields is really spectacular. Everywhere you can wander from the property's location is going to be just delightful, and there are some great outing/day trip options in the surrounding area. So whether you just want to laze around in the hammocks and later go for a stroll in the hills, or really see + do the Hatton area, you're going to be well-pleased. The service is unparalleled - I've never felt so welcomed, taken care of, and respected by a hotel staff. The only problem I had was that there was no mosquito net, and I really needed one - but I would wager this is not a issue for most guests, which is why it's not already provided. I unfortunately have some kind of constitution that mosquitos are exceptionally fond of, so they always find me even when they ignore everyone else. I would have slept more peacefully here if there had been a mosquito net. But if you're like most of the Asian continent's population, and ~don't~ have type O blood, you'll probably be unbothered and not miss the mosquito net at all. Other than that, everything at the Farm Resorts was perfect. The food was excellent! And as I said before, the best service and greatest kindness I've ever experienced from a hotel staff. I didn't want to leave!
