“Great place to stay. Close to airport, you could walk, but they have a shuttle bus if you let them know earlier you’re arrival and departure times. Walking distance to town.”

“This was our second stay on Heron Island and now that we're back home, we can't wait to come back a third time. We travel a lot but this island is one-of-a-kind! The amount of wildlife (turtles, sharks, rays, fish, dolphins, birds, ...) that you get to experience up close is absolutely special. Even if you don't dive, you're able to see all kinds of animals when snorkelling. I highly recommend to get up early and snorkel around the Jetty before breakfast. Both times, we spent 3–4 nights...

“The atmosphere of the whole motel was so relaxing. Nice attention to detail in the rooms. Pristine clean and tidy. The location was incredible! We opted to stay here instead of in Rockhampton for the night and we’re so glad we did as it was so quiet and dark. Would definitely recommend staying here.”
