“The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. ”

“Es un ApartHotel con servicios muy básicos. El baño no es nada seguro, la ducha no está protegida, cuando se d7cañha de inunda el baño y es muy fácil resbalar se. Además justo pegado a la ducha hay un enchufe eléctrico, algo fuera de toda medida de seguridad. ”

“Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.”

“My room was in on the 4th floor. I heard constant washer pounding every 20 minutes when the washer would go to spin cycle. My room 407 and the room next to me was just under the Laundry room located on the 5th floor. They stock the room with 2 free waters but will not bring more even if you stay more than one night. They told be to buy water in the store. Fair breakfast. Decent location of Olaya street.”

“Nice apartment hotel, there aren’t many shops nearby or things to do….and as is the case in Riyadh mostly, you need a car to get to anywhere….so not very convenient ”

“Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! ”

“Very economical, 1/3 price of what all of the regular branded hotels were charging. If I had to mention anything for improvement, I would get softer mattresses, the one I slept in was quite firm. The sheets and comforter were high quality and comfortable. Wifi was good speed. Parking underground was a lifesaver as the location is impossible to find a spot without the hotel reserved parking underground. The staff were efficient, don’t expect cheerfulness though.”
