“When my mom and I first got there there was no one at the desk and there was another couple waiting to be helped. The guy didn’t come out from the back room for 10 min. After he helped the couple, I gave him my ID and credit card I reserved the room with and was told he couldn’t accept my card because the last blame didn’t match what was on my ID.
