“Amazing view ”

“The pool area and the bedroom doors off the poor area need cleaning and painting. The beds, breakfast, customer service and cleanliness of bedrooms was great. There are no elevators and their are steps to get to breakfast and pool.”

“The refrigerator stopped working and the food we'd brought went bad. The front desk guy didn't seem to care and did nothing about it. The room was clean enough, with the expected features, but nothing stood out as "excellent". It was fine, just not in the "great" category.”

Although this stay was only for one night to celebrate our sons birthday, it offered a great location to access amenities that we love in Galena, while also offering wonderful on site activities for us to fill up our day of celebrating with. Staff was friendly, food was good, room was clean, and beds were comfy. 10/10. ”

Located in a beautiful area, we enjoyed a peaceful stay just minutes from the Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan! Breakfast was also very good! The staff at Best Western Harbor Springs go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!”
