"The entire trip was messed up because I told them expressively, including Expedia that I was arriving Friday night, but really coming in on the 18th because it would be 1:30 AM. They booked me for the following day with out checking in because I originally had the correct time in there. Not only that I have to find a very expensive hotel just for the evening to rest. I had to eat the charge because they would not reverse charges back and they knew the night before that. That was the wrong evening. I was staying in Los Suenos for the most of my stay. This was only a place to rest and unfortunately, I just paid all that money plus much more for another place."
