“Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing ”

“This boutique hotel is an experience. Its romantic ambiance is perfectly suited for relaxation, romance, or reflection. It is a photo op enthusiast’s dream—“gram” worthy. I wasn’t expecting the visual feast when I entered the lobby. The pictures you see online in some ways don’t do this lovely gem justice. “The place is nice and I enjoy the 2nd floor large patio/balcony. However, the service is superb. Laurie and Miriam make you feel like family. There is definitely a personal touch you cannot get in a hotel.”

“Be aware they have rooms without AC, they gave us a fan only room. We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Property is nice, cold water pool was been clean so we couldn’t use it for day and a half. Good food, decent drinks prices.”
