“The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant did not disappoint and was less expensive than restaurants we enjoyed around the area. ”

“Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. “Everything about this stay was perfect. The convenient location near the airport, the low price, and the customer service was absolutely perfect. I take the bus to and from San Jose and the shuttle to the airport. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I exercise in the gymnasium on occasion and it is also perfect. The pool looks great and I will swim next time. Thank you for a pleasant stay!”
