"The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. "

"Pros: - Hotel is fairly new. Room was spotlessly clean - even behind the furniture and around the edges. Simulated wood floor and simple furniture which I prefer. - Comfortable bed with firm mattress. - Microwave and refrigerator in the room. - Good Location - Located on the main North-South road US-19. Walmart, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Easy access to gulf beaches. - Large HDTV with a good selection of cable TV channels and good picture quality. - Hot Breakfast with eggs and sausage/bacon/hash depending on the day and other items included. - Plenty of counter space in the bathroom, shower had good water pressure. - WiFi worked well. - Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: - The window does not open in this hotel, which I like for fresh air if cool enough. Other than that, that's it! I shall be returning."

"We had a great stay. The only thing was we had no soap in the bathroom, not sure if it was forgotten, or what, but we had our own. Another thing was we tried to have dinner in the downstairs restaurant but they had a dj and it was so loud we couldn't talk. We ended up having dinner take out by the pool, which was very nice. Overall, the room was big and clean. Worth the stay."

"This is my 3rd stay. I pick this hotel because it is very convenient to New Port Richey. I could give it a higher rating if they would add a clothes rack in the rooms. The last two rooms I stayed didn't have a place for me to hang my clothes. I asked the front desk for a room with a rack and they didn't know if any had at check in. It is reasonably quiet and the price is good. The bed is comfortable. Pretty swimming pool and gazebo if you want to hang out at the room."
