The shades you could see through no privacy curtain. Light came in. When asked about they said some rooms have that and they are working on it and they were booked so couldn’t switch. So Sleeping was hard because parking lot spot lights beaming in room and once the sun was up the room was so bright. ...

The wait to check in was literally 1 hour and 46 min. It was a disaster! They blamed it on being busy… no apologies no nothing and still had to pay the resort fee. The rooms had a weird old smell. I called the front asking for managers multiple times but no one would help. It was a rough stay

Marriott's Grande Vista
