“Excellent stay”

“I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

“Great place to stay with the family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. Very close to the beach, and the hotel has everything needed for your beach day: towels, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and sand toys.”

“Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. ”
