“Quiet and private location. Gene is a great lady who gave me great local restaurant recommendations in downtown High Springs and she made check in experience a breeze. Rob is also wonderful who replaced my smoke alarm battery as soon as I told him. Taylor another lady was very helpful and respectful. Overall it was a great experience and when I visit again this hotel is where I’ll stay”

“breakfast is ok, air conditioner worked great! Rooms are outdated and not cleaned well. Hair in the tub.... carpet between bed and wall is filthy, (i dropped my pillow and found out)”

“Didn't have breakfast like online read. Holes, scratches, etc in rooms. Didn't get room I reserved 6 months ago, with King bed and tub. Only partial roll of TP, no extra. No Shampoo. Found bug in room. Stepped on it and flushed. Ice machines not working!! No coffee machines in rooms. Up front uses small 12 pot auto maker to give coffee to guests.”

“There was no breakfast o my cereals and coffee and some fruits; but no eggs or pancakes. ”

“AC works. No usb ports, shower smaller than in my rv (and that is REALLY small). Breakfast was a muffin in a paper bag and a banana. If other people had been honest on their review we would never have stayed here. Hotel was really run down motel when you park in front of your door.”

“The way that the motel was redone was nice. We had a big room and a pretty comfortable king-sized bed. We didn't really use any amenities because we were there for about an hour before we had to leave, got back late and then left early the next day. The place felt clean and the grounds had activities for people with kids to do. It was pretty central to places to eat and hang out. We would stay there again.”
