"Rooms were not overly clean, looked to be a quick clean and wipe, beds dont have any mattress protector so no sure how the sanitize that. Most things in room work at the bare minimum. Staff are nice but dont go out of there way to help, if you go during the week most of the things they advertise for daily use either doesnt open or closes early like happy hours and kids activity center. Everything at the restaurant is an extra charge and the parking is one of the most expensive in the area that isnt a disney resort. (Most places in area font charge) landscaping and outside is very tropical and nice but overall good to go once but wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look around elsewhere "

"Very basic room, crowded hotel lobby , difficult check in, no in-room coffee or amenities. Mediocre experience. Not great even at the low price."

"The hotel was in a nice location, but they nickel and dime for everything. They charge for bags and to use the microwave due to not any being in the rooms. There was also a hidden $700 resort fee that I had to pay upon arrival. The pools were always crowded. Overall experience was okay."

"I would overall rate this a two star because there were eye lashes stuck on my bed and dirty spots throughout the room. There was also a weird smell lingering in the room that smelled moldy and only went away if the air was on. "

"The hotel Needs to be updated but the location is what makes this a convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. The food was cold and service took forever. Also the staff at breakfast was dropping silverware, clanging dishes. At least we had a $35 credit toward it or I would have complained."

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, in Las Vegas. Very nice and clean and comfortable. Loved the thick blankets on bed, bathroom, bathtub, robes and steamer. Only improvements I can think of would be for housekeeping not to slam stuff around and doors in the morning. Also would be nice to store things in the refrigerator, but everything is weighted. It’s difficult for people with medication though that needs to be refrigerated."
