Excellent one-week stay. Quiet, dark at night, bright interior lights, excellent location and attentive staff. I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles. Apart from that, everything worked really well and we had a great stay. Towels, linens, etc., all in excellent condition and the kitchen was squeaky clean and modern.

We made the reservation in the morning for the same day for 2 nights. Check in is after 16:00 and you can leave your luggage before. Our reservation was for an apartment with 1 king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette and they gave us a free upgrade to a penthouse suite located on the top floor. The apartment is very large with a renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is a bit outdated and the chairs in the living room need to be changed as well as the central doors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Just steps from times square and most attractions without the annoying noise of the city. It is ideal for families with children as you will not find apartments of this size at a better price.
