Hotel was in a great location, there’s a small grocery store next door which was great. Parking was right around the corner and a short walk to get into the hotel. I loved that it was a fully furnished apartment with a full kitchen. The floor between the fridge and cabinets had food crumbs and the trim throughout the apartment was dirty and dusty. Overall, it served as a relaxing stay for our family.

This is a very clean apartment with a beautiful view of the city. It was not even terribly expensive for what you get. There is plenty of room and it is not far from local events and attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

We will be staying here again next time we need a place close to Grant Park. Our room was wonderful. Our bed was very comfortable. We loved the pool and excellent customer service. This is really nice accommodations. I would say that it’s not especially conducive to tourists as it’s more of a condo situation. No maid service during the stay, one complimentary set of towels and coffee, then you’re on your own. Asked for towels and coffee. Got 4 towels (no hand towels or washcloths) thrown on a chair and 4 k-cups of decaf coffee left on a counter far away from the coffee maker. Seems like little things until you realize there are few places for reasonable markets. Very little help in the way of directions and there are no maps or brochures for what is available for a tourist. Yes, there is the internet but even that was spotty in the building. Overall, I would not likely stay here again due to distance to many areas of interest.
