Using Expedia, I signed up for five nights at this hotel.
The immediate reply was one night for the fourth night. I know that this place to stay never gives refunds, but I gave it a try.
I did explain that I had found four other nights to stay. I also explained that I was totally aware that your statement says you never give refunds but because I thought the one out of four day reservation was your mistake and you might possibly give me a refund for that one day.
Quite a few times I got a phone call from a number I was unaware of and that number never left a message. Iโm not into SPAM.
I came back from Chicago yesterday, July 23. I did answer that number. The woman was concerned that โweโ hadnโt heard from me. She had no idea that I wouldnโt show up.
I repeated to her what Iโve just written above and all she could say repeatedly was โweโ never received the message that I wasnโt coming. My response was, โwhy do you care that despite not knowing if I slept in that room youโre getting my money and that room stayed untouched, as clean as before, so no problem to you.
Continue trying to have a suitable and recommended place to stay.
