“Very clean ,communication was excellent!”

“It was very peaceful and the pool was amazing. ”

“Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...

“We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”

“Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it very much.”

“Great house, large rooms and great layout. We did not realize until we arrived that we needed to request the pool be heated. This property is actually a management property listed on Red Awning and then on Expedia. I think that is why we were missing some information. The management company was great and responsive ”

“Very clean. Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. Check out was done before hours (which was a nice option). Provided cookware needs upgraded and could place hanging rack (above coffee mugs) to avoid damage to new cookware. Beds were out of the stone age. No pillow tops and could feel the coils. Had to pull the comforters out of the closet to sleep on. The pool area is awesome! Relatively bug free and fans to keep the air moving... we spent a lot of our time there. A/C barely...
