Room was clean. TV channels didnt work and nor did the phone to front office. Some staff were great others had somewhat of a negative attitude. Quiet area and central t I the activities I needed

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
Resort was very nice, staff very polite and helpful. However, I didn't like that I had to pay to park on property. Other areas that could improve are signage placed in certain areas to show how to get to amenities on property and exit signage.

Marriott's Grande Vista
Really bad smell in the room, also at the front desk the lines were terrible. Highly recommended to hire more people, since every time we were there it took 20 to 30 minutes in the line. The pool was nice and clean.
