"Well, it's a little rough around the edges, but for the price you can't beat it. Pulled up when there was an ambulance and three police cars in the parking lot sorting out a disturbance in one of the rooms so it didn't look good. This said, after a wait in the lobby while the desk clerk helped out with large wrench to help open the door for the 50, I realized that this was just a salt if the earth kind of place. Chelsea, covering the desk did a great job, and I was pleased to socialize with Jeremiah and another nice woman up from Tampa for the night. No frills at this place, but it is older construction so the walls were much thicker than other hotels and I slept soundly. If early morning Weeki Wachee or adventure travel are your thing, than they'll leave the lights on for you at this spot."

"Staff they were great rooms could have been a little cleaner but I am also ocd location is the best very laid back place the food in the restaurant was very good. All in all great place."

"Still rebuilding after the storm. Rooms could use a deep cleaning and a little maintenance. Good price for the rooms. The on-site restaurant was very good. Check out the Tiki Bar for a specialty drink and more water views."
