โNew building, Spacious room and kind staffs. I enjoyed staying in this hotel during my trip in Gainesville.
I will ddfinetely come back to this hotel at next trip here.

โThe room was requested to be cleaned at check-in and ne it was not cleaned. When we returned at 6 pm on Friday we entered the room to see it was never cleaned there was a cleaning lady still in the hall cleaning another room and we requested at least clean towels and that she remove the dirty towel which she did. โ
โThe staff was very polite. I only saw a couple bugs but the shower faucet needs to be replaced. It shoots out everywhere and then leaks into the room a tad. The bathroom door is also messed up because of that and is hard to shut. โ
โWe enjoyed the big comfy beds lots of pillows a set up for much needed coffee was waiting there in the room. Place was quiet and clean.Office staff friendly and helpful. โ
"During hurricane, we are staying without power. Our flight was postponed that is early morning to afternoon. We were asking for late checkout because half of city was no power. The staff said we should check out 11 am.
Next time, I never use this hotel. "
