"I didn't like that I could not access my family floor with my key. You must use your key to utilize the elevator but you can only go to your room floor. The toliet seat are horrible. The seat is thin and it hurts your thighs when sitting. Complimentary breakfast was Okay for the most part, but it offered the same hot options every day no variety Wifi worked well.
