Very good high quality hotel. Everything was in perfect working order. The staff are extremely professional and attentive. Very good amenities. The region around the hotel has a few homeless. It reminded me of the Tenderloin in San Francisco California but there are so many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, barber shops and laundries nearby it makes up for it. I would stay again for sure.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, very nice and always helpful staff. Very nice rooftop bar with great pizza! In one direction the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy and the other way down the Main Street it’s very nice. But no problems ever.

I love this hotel my favourite place to stay in São Paulo . The staff are extremely helpful , and friendly . It has a boutique hotel vibe. Whilst it might only be 4 stars , the finishes in the hotel are top quality . The interiors reflect a high end hotel . Always enjoy my stay here , thanks again .

I love this hotel. It's a hidden gem in this part of São Paulo. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff are amazing - helpful, polite, friendly. On this particular trip I was provided with a room upgrade to the bridal suite. It was perfect because I had quite a lot of luggage and was able to spread out. I ate dinner at the rooftop bar and it was pleasant. This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in São Paulo.

High end hotel near the center of Sao Paulo

We like the proximity of the hotel to many museums and sights in the center of the city. You still have to catch a cab or uber to get places, although it's a small fare. Depending on the room the hotel can be good. We liked room 2608 but not 2306. The service is generally good for set things, but we asked for a luggage rack and extra towels and it took 4 hours and 5 requests. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, custom made omelettes and Brazilian tapioca, fruit, breads, yoghurt, pastries, etc.

Had a 5 star room and some great service. The pool doesnt have all its water features working and the upstairs lounge was never open due to private parties. This also affects access to the pool. Gym is very small. Thus more a boutique hotel amenity-wise.

This could so easily be a very good hotel. The room and the condition of the place are very good. Sadly it was let down by the attitude of the staff. They refused to honour their participation in the membership programme despite advertising it in the listing. They then wanted to charge me for a friend coming to have a drink with me at the hotel, despite this bizarre policy not being listed under the policies section of the page, or anywhere on site other than a photocopied piece of paper that was only in Portuguese. Then offering a free breakfast but charging for a because they’ve programmed the machine not to offer it, was another disappointing example of the wrong attitude. This culture let it down, hopefully this can be fixed because otherwise it’s almost very good

The staff was lovely, they went above and beyond. We liked the amenities, particularly the view from the rooftop pool. The gym is small but serviceable.
