Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion. Very nice staff, clean place and greet overall stay tho!!

The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

The breakfast waitress was outstanding. Greater with a smile and offered to make omelets. Amazing.

Awesome in every way - an adult Disneyland. The only downfall is the train noise at night. The staff recommended ear plugs and you really do need them to sleep.

It was my first time at this property. I was there for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grandkids. We really liked the experience in general, but even more the responsiveness of the staff, especially the security team. We had an issue at the wave pool with another guest. My granddaughter lost her swimming googles in the pool and they were taken by a man that father of 2 young kids also in the pool. He gave the googles to his son. Lack of outlets in the room. Otherwise the stay was above expectations for the price.

I think the best part of my experience here was the lady running the place. I’m sad I can’t remeber her name but she seriously made my stay great by being super friendly, asking about my trip, and offering her help if I needed anything. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again

Yes, we are satisfied for the room, but there’s no close it to hang clothes and the hairdryer must be inside the drawer because it’s very risky. It’s just on the top of the sink. but overall, the property is really nice and clean.

From when we walked in the door to when we left, the man at the desk, Sam, was so helpful and friendly. He brought out luggage in without even being asked. He gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant that was close, walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was filling and good. The same clerk was there in the morning and he remembered us. We will definitely be back.

Such a beautifully restored Inn with all the charm and details from 1912! The two of the three clawfoot tubs have been retrofitted with shower adaptors so you can still get that nice clean feeling after a long day of travel or touring.
