โAbsolute welcoming Staffs from the Receptionist to the Hotel Management. The food was amazing tasty delicious and clean. The airport shuttle service was so sophisticated it blew my mind. As a solo female, traveller I couldโve not have felt safer. It is the Hotel to stay while in Alger. Truly an extraordinary place with extremely Nice Beautiful People. Many thanksโ
โNice hotel close to airport. Airport shuttle very prompt and easy to book. Room was good, excellent AC, spacious bathroom/shower. Room overall clean, but with dirty (or very worn out) spots, eg, blanket on shelf had long hair on it, shower head and bidet hose tip very worn out. Only had veggie soup for dinner and breakfast (included) at restaurant. Soup excellent, buffet breakfast good, though could have used more hot food. Staff very nice. Overall, recommend Hotel Jardy and would stay there...

Reception didnt say 'sorry to late', Only 1 man recieve the guest and 1~2 ladies just chat and laugh even guests wait to check in.
From the 1st day, A/C didnt work.
Slept without A/C for 1 night.

โOur room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes. Staff told us different things about the hotel policy: one said we had been placed on a smoking floor and another said the hotel is smoke free. Our problem was only fixed the...

And staffs are fine, but usually do not really answer the phone for housekeeping...and once ask for bringing sth to my room, it takes more than 30mins.
But still, price is just good enough and location is also fine."
