"Internet speed need improvement for such a big hotel ! Also, there should be no parties at the woodbine racetrack side facing rooms on the race track ! Loud music and base was way too loud for the hotel rooms where we stayed !! Parties and extreme loud music should be organized way down further away from the hotel rooms so it wont be that annoying ! Also hotel underground parking should have better signage to lead you there ! Also, i would advise dedicating a parking for the hotel that is separate than the theatre ! The day there is a show, its impossible to find parking close to the hotel door !"

"We went to the poolside bar for a “quick” supper, where our order was promptly taken , but then we waited for an hour before the food was ready to be brought to the table!The waiter, who was also the bartender, was very busy doing both jobs, but took time to speak to all tables to apologize for the long wait for food. He said the kitchen was very busy, but if that was the problem , perhaps more kitchen staff or a larger kitchen would help?"
