"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

The owners texted us to ensure we arrived correctly, and were immediately given the tour of the room and balcony. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed dinner and wine and dessert overlooking the town and the river. For a unique relaxed experience in Vienne i must absolutely recommend this place. "

The hotel was worn down The location was close to the train station which was a bonus but the area was not good for walking or eating choices The hotels near the river were in better locations and the food choices were much better. "This hotel is close to the tram stop which was very convenient. The hotel looks newer and that is reflected in the rooms. The room was large for three people. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was extensive! There was coconut yogurt and almond milk for those that don't eat dairy."
